Browse our product library and choose something delicious from our rotating menu of Bin options.

02 Place Your Order

Preorder your box and select a Bake Day at the link. Ordering closes 3 days before the Bake Day.

03 Delivery or Local Pickup

We hand-deliver to customers in Essex County and the Merrimack Valley, MA.

Local and prefer to pick up? Collect your box from our kitchen in Amesbury, MA, fresh out of the oven.

In-Person Sales

We pop up at local markets and events throughout Massachusetts. Check our Instagram for upcoming dates and locations.

About the DoughBin

the DoughBin is a small-batch artisan baking business in Amesbury, Massachusetts. Every week, a carefully curated box of freshly baked viennoiserie and pastries is prepared by hand — from perfectly flaky butter croissants to seasonal sweets inspired by local ingredients.

This is a one-person operation built on a love of the craft. No fillers, no shortcuts — just real butter, time, and care mixed into every bake. We keep quantities intentionally small so that every item meets our standards.
